Heyy beautiful! I've got a question for you, why do people wear neutral colors (black,..) with bright colors? I just don't get it.. It just makes you get less attention. Always wearing the same type of clothes, well I tell you, Break the rules! Wear weird clothes and mix them with super-weird clothes. Mix items you love, you will love your outfit two times more! Even celebrities do. Here I show you some of the best clashing prints.

Girly and sofisticated. Perfect for work, it will aport you extra energy.

The key is wearing clothes that have something in common. For example, these ones are both art inspired. This is quite an elegant look, and also street look. You can actually wear it everywhere, try using the appropiate complements. Do not wear a jacket with this outfit!

Jessica Alba, of course! She has an amazing style and inspires so many of us. This outfit clashes patterns, which are very simple. So elegant. Try not wearing too heavy make up.

Look at that, florals! This is a typical summer look. It shows those curves that have been hidden all winter. It's a must this 2014. The skirt is veery easy to combine. 

Who said you can't put toguether pink and red? Huh? It's a leyend. Pink and red have so much in common. Eye on the type of pink ( not too bright). The shoes are so cool. The plataform is going to be the shoes trend this season.

Olivia Palermo clashes shoes, shirt and skirt prints. It's a sofisticated look because of the geometric shapes of (and on) the shirt and skirt. Ideal for work.

Millie! She wears the typical animal print (but in a girly colour). Short t-shirt gives the street style look to this outfit. She looks stunning.

Weird? Is it weird to see a card inspired shirt with a skirt? Of course it is, that we like it! Street style look with a vintage touch.

Combines a floral print with a 90s shirt. This is clashing it. The key is having one common color in each item, in this case, yellow. Perfect for a party at the beach.

Last, but not least, is the skirt with tassel. This outfit combines styles. The skirt is haunting, representing storms in a girly way. The shirt is elegant and sofisticated. Luv it!

How to shop (properly)

So I'm a fashion addict. I love the smell of new clothes, perfectly made for me to use (and get through quickly). However, shops are designed for us to buy more than what we had in mind. I just can't resist  those beautiful clothes and not buying them. It's my self-control's fault, not mine. I gathered various tips for you to do a succesful shopping.

1. Before shopping, ask yourself these questions, and answer them(honestly).

Do you really need new clothes?

What types of clothes do you need(jumper, top...)?

What is the amount of money you have to buy clothes?

2. If you are a busy person, buy clothes on the internet. They are sometimes cheaper and they provide us with sizes which are not in store.

3. Go window shopping. By doing this, you avoid buying two items which are practically the same. Shop around, try looking for the best clothes for you, at the best prize.

4. Go with your mum/sister (avoid dad!). These people are the most honest ones in your life. They know you better than anyone, so they can make a comment wisely about your chosing. *they usually know your taste, so they'll find your perfect outfit in a matter of minutes.

5. When you feel a bit exhausted, STOP. Don't buy clothes in a grumpy mood. Try to be happy and energetic, so you'll buy the perfect clothes.

6. Don't loose the ticket after you've worn the piece twice. Because maybe you didn't make a wise decision when you bought it.

Best spring 2014 catwalk outfits.

Heeeey there! So, as you know, designers are waay ahead us. They've alredy designed the 2014 summer clothes! I'm sure they've also designed the 2014 winter one. Well, anyway, here I'll show you some of the best ones I found (some were reaaally weird..) tell me what you think about them in the comments.

This combination of colours is so eye-catching. Dark blue is the key, so it gives all the attention to the wonderful shapes the other colors have. I would wear the shirt, It's quite normal. The landscape this catwalk has is perfect to embrace the summer outfits.

The plated up-to-the-waist skirt, quite common in street style. As you can see, she wears a short top, so you can see a bit of skin. The skirt has a sexy touch (can you see it?). Quite a simple outfit, perfect for a girls night out.

They say blue is the 2014 colour. This is a luxurious outfit, which is inspired in the 1990s look ( excess of jewelery, the shape of the skirt..). It's quite nice and girlie, though I woudn't recommend wearing it as a street outfit.

A bit of floral, for spring, of course.  The pastel colours are a must this spring. Combining it with black makes it look much more elegant. This could be perfectly your spring outfit.

How do we combine elegance with the beach? Take an elegant dress and your fav sandals (preferably with a thick bottom). You don't lose elegance and you tell the world that you are dying to go to the beach!

Do you know what is love? Love is what I feel for this outfit! OMG Loooove it so much! I would wear this everywhere. It's so elegant, girly and just great at the same time... Wearing a short shirt with tall trousers or skirt is the latest trend *she notes*

This outfit is quite sporty. The sweatshirt is so original with the blurry parts. But what I like most about this outfit is the shoes. They are pink high heels, they've got such a weird shape and they look sooo comfy, It's a win-win!

If I had to describe this whole outfit in one word, I would say, flowers. Every part of it has flowers, which are quite common in spring. Take note because combining same print in pants and jacket is the 2014 trend. I would add a hat to this outfit, a gentleman's hat.

To finish, I wanted to show you this original outfit. It combines so many different things which actually look good toguether. It looks like a work's outfit, but it adds all this jewelery that makes it also a night outfit. My fav piece is the jacket. It has such a simple shape and colour, but with all the jewelery on top, it doesn't loose elegance and it has an attention-grabbing item, Loooove it!

Best golden globe awards outfits.

SupKThis is an event which took place in the Beberly Hilton hotel in California, the 12th of January. All the actors gather together to recieve their awards. People all over the world are watching, that's why the actors need to look stuning. Here I'll show you some of the best ones.

Firstly, Michelle Dockery. She is wearing a sparkly pompous dress, which makes her look like a princess. Absolutely stunning.

The amazing supermodel Heidi Klum chose this black floral skirt with tail. I don't know if you can see it well, but she is wearing floral tights underneath (doesn't that sound familiar?) which make her look quite sexy.

Kate Buckinsale, wearing the shiniest dress of all, showing some figure. She's sexy and angelic at the same time.

Lost in wonderland, Kaley Cuoco. She has made the perfect combination between the make up and the dress, they match perfectly. It reminds me of Alice from wonderland, makes the flowers look wild.

Super sexy in this dress. It actually has layers, and you can see a bit of leg. The best combination.

My fav of all, Maria Menounos. It's like the dress was made for her. The seethrough parts are perfectly made and chosen, it embaraces the women's figure. Her skin colour makes it look even more cool. She's just gorgeous.

Sosie Bacon, looks incredibly good in this dress. That beich color mixed with her color hair looks just stunning. For people who have this type of hair, I recommend wearing this color.

This year's golden globe looks like everything is about the hair. Amber heard poses perfectly, showing a bit of leg. The dress is great, but the hair is better!

Zooey Deschanel (love her show "New girl") with a bright sparkly dress. She just look like the princess we've all wanted to be when we were kids. The shoes are the best feature of this outfit.

This dress is just perfect. It's sooooo attention grabbing. It's such a smoth cloth. Big earrings, big night.The shape is perfect, moreover the amazing sparkly circles. It makes me feel good just watching it!!

Let's wear a skirt today!

Hey there! I've noticed most girls prefer wearing trousers/ jeans. Why is that? Are you scared? In fact the skirt was made to show the women's awesome figure ;). Don't be scared to wear one, if you think they're addecuate to a certain event, wear tights underneath! I reccomend black ones. They are easy to combine and they make you look thinner. It's a win-win. Let's show the world the women's only clothing! (except for our scottish friends, of course ;) ) Here I'm going to show you some of the latest on the market.

The typical jean alike skirt. It's quite a casual look this one, so wear it during the day. It's a wide skirt opened on the lowest part, giving it a happy look :) ZARA trf

These skirts all go quite well with a short tight top, as you can see in many of the images. With this top, it still looks elegant.

Why dieting usually doesn't work?

I've never been happy with my body, always comparing my legs with others, treinta to be the fitest, watching my body in the mirror 23948 times a day.. etc. I watched these videos of victoria's secret where there appeared the most gorgeous slim girls, they were my idols, I wanted to be like them. I have been watching my weight and doing excersise with no result for quite some time, till I found what was wrong with this"diet" when a watched a video from neurologist Sandra Aamodt, who completely opened my eyes.

The reseach talked about the useless dieting thousands of girls go through every year. The problem is we think that going on a diet for a month will solve losing those few pounds we have always wanted to lose. Our body thinks that the weight we have now, is the normal and perfect one, so it would try to compensate the things you do to stay like that. Imagine an obese person, they are fat but their body thinks this is normal. If this person tries losing 10 pounds, the body will think he/she is starving and would do anything to go back to how he/she was before, so they will be obese again. The reseach said that 80% of 10 years old girls from the USA declared they had alredy done some dieting, this is very horrofing, These girls should be playing with their dolls, having fun, not worring about their weight.

Girls who start dieting at an early age have three times more the possibility to be overweight in a five year period.

However, this doesn't mean it's impossible for us to be skinnier. We are more intelligent than our body, we can tease her, though this will take some time. Start dieting if you want, take it as something new in your life. Over the years that "normal" body state will be much thinner than the past one. You would be able to eat normally and not vary your weight.

Sandra Aamodt recommended to take control of your body, noticie when you're full or hungry. Hear your body. This took her over a year, she's so in control of her body she can have chocolate in the house and not eat it! This won't make you loose much, but It's worth it!

So girls, take control of your body, you rule. Don't let her take control of you!

What about shoes?

Shoes, we never concentrate on the impact this item has on our outfit. In fact, this item of clothing is the one which is going to keep us up, connected to the ground. That is why I recommend comfy shoes, but at the same time, atractive. 

Here I'm going to show you this season's ones.

Short black boots. They are easy to combine and they are años comfy. They're the should package!

I recommend wearing them with black jeans/leggins and an attention-grabbing top (flowery, geometric...)

These slippers with jewelery on top are perfect for all your outfits. They are comfy and simple, so they are quite easy to combine. Try wearing clothes which contain some of the colors these slippers have.

You may think that trainers are only for doing sports. Wrong! The trainer is a comfy item which offers a wide Rangel of colours all miedo toguether. It gives the outfit a casual look, through doesn't loose atractiveness. Of they are too colorful (like these ones) then try wearing black clothes, it looks more elegant. Avoid wearing them to work or parties!

These revolutionary shoes are everywhere. You can also combine them with anything, they give your outfit a cooler look and they also maje your legs look pretier!

There are so many copies of this type of boots, I would recommend buying the cheapest ones, whatevs, they all look the same. They keep you warm, they are comfy and they are super atractive!

Last, but not least, are the man shoes. These type of shoes which were traditionaly man only, have been worn by millions of women. They give you a more elegant look.
